TO ALL VISITORS ATTENDING WORSHIP THIS MORNING: We are thankful that you are worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus with us. Part of worshiping our Lord is bringing our financial gifts in the form of offerings to support the ministry of Christ’s church. As our guest today, please do not feel obligated to give an offering. We are just thankful that you are here and hope you will continue to worship with us. Want to give your offerings online? Go to www.copperluth.org/give.
HOLY COMMUNION: In preparation to receive the Lord’s Supper, please ask yourself these questions: Have I confessed and repented of my sins? Do I believe that in this Sacrament I am receiving the actual body and blood of Christ, under the bread and wine, into my mouth, for the forgiveness of my sins? Do I share the confession and wish to participate in the unity of this congregation? Will I, with the Lord’s help, amend my sinful life? If you answer, “yes” to all of these questions, please join us for this blessed gift from God for our forgiveness.
If you need a gluten free wafer, please ask the pastor when you are kneeling at the rail.

WORSHIP SERVICE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY: Currently looking for people interested in helping out with the media booth during church services and other events held in the sanctuary. No experience necessary, we will provide training. Contact Shane Kleiman at (920) 255-1420 or firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more and get involved!
YEARLY STATEMENTS: Your contribution statements for the year have been put in your mailboxes located in the entrance of the church. If you have any questions regarding your statement, please phone the church office at 482.4750.
SENIOR SAINTS – Will hold its next get-together on Thursday, 1-25-18, starting at noon with lunch. Presenter for the day is Roger Turpening, whose topic will be “Ultrasound Imaging of Live Trees.” Such an intriguing title should whet your interest, so please join us that day and learn what it’s about. We’re never too old to learn something new. We invite all seniors in our midst to join us at our get-together’s. Contact John or Jean Pemberton for more information (487-9412).
UNCLAIMED DISHES – On the blue table in the Narthex, between the two coat rooms, you will see dishes of various kinds and sizes, as well as fancy serving utensils, that have been sitting on the counter in the kitchen or on a shelf in a coat room, waiting for their owners to claim them. Please take time to look it over and find that long-lost dish you’ve been looking for and wondering where it could be, or maybe forgot about altogether? Thank you!
DORCAS SOCIETY/LWML – Will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, 1-16-18, at 6:30 p.m. There will be no program because the focus will be on disbursing funds raised at the Annual Bazaar on November 18, 2017 for various mission projects. We invite all the ladies to attend our meetings, enjoying fellowships with your sisters in Christ, growing in God’s Word, and learning new things from program presenters. We always end with a delicious dessert, too. Contact Jean Pemberton for more information.
STAMPS FOR MISSIONS – There’s a gallon bag on the bulletin board in the entryway for anyone who wishes to provide cancelled, first-class postage stamps, old postcards, whatever is of value to stamp collectors. Funds raised by the NWD LWML with the sale of these items are used to help pay for Mission Grant programs that are voted on at District Conventions. Please trim the stamps to 1/4″, which would be much appreciated, to save time for someone else having to do it. They do not want Christmas stamps or the common Flag stamps, as there is not a market for them. Thank you!
