TO ALL VISITORS ATTENDING WORSHIP THIS MORNING:  We are thankful that you are worshiping our Lord and Savior Jesus with us.  Part of worshiping our Lord is bringing our financial gifts in the form of offerings to support the ministry of Christ’s church.  As our guest today, please do not feel obligated to give an offering.  We are just thankful that you are here and hope you will continue to worship with us. Want to give your offerings online? Go to www.copperluth.org/give.

HOLY COMMUNION: In preparation to receive the Lord’s Supper, please ask yourself these questions: Have I confessed and repented of my sins? Do I believe that in this Sacrament I am receiving the actual body and blood of Christ, under the bread and wine, into my mouth, for the forgiveness of my sins? Do I share the confession and wish to participate in the unity of this congregation? Will I, with the Lord’s help, amend my sinful life? If you answer, “yes” to all of these questions, please join us for this blessed gift from God for our forgiveness.

If you need a gluten free wafer, please ask the pastor when you are kneeling at the rail.

SENIOR SAINTS–will meet on Thursday, November 16, starting at noon with a lunch.  The program for the day will feature Pastor Paul, who will enlighten us with “Sketches for the Reformation 500th–Characters and Events.”  We invite all the seniors in our midst to join us that day to hear who these characters are and what events took place, as well as enjoy a home-cooked meal.  Contact John or Jean Pemberton, if questions (487-9412).

Angel Tree Volunteer Needed: During the Christmas season, Saints Peter and Paul collaborate with the Salvation to participate in the angel tree project, which benefits local families. We are currently seeking a volunteer or volunteers who would be willing to lead the project this holiday season. If you are interested in volunteering or leading this project, please contact Kerri Mayra at community@copperluth.org.

Mission Trip: Saints Peter and Paul in collaboration with Glocal Mission will be traveling to Honduras on a mission trip this upcoming spring. The trip is scheduled to take place April 11-17, 2018. If you or someone you know is interested in participating in the mission trip, please email Kerri Mayra at community@copperluth.org.

Winter Clothing Drive: Saints Peter and Paul will be hosting a winter clothing this fall. If you have any gently worn winter clothing (jackets, boots, scarves, hats, etc.) that you are no longer using, please consider donating them to the clothing drive. There are boxes for donations set up in the Narthex. If you have any questions, please email either Kim Salmi at salmiakim@yahoo.com or Kerri Mayra at community@coppperluth.org.

YAC Christmas Book Drive: The Youth Advisory Council is hosting a book drive to benefit UP Kids.
